Stahl's food-grade silicone gasket, 140 mm, for the smallest Xpress tri-ply cookers: the 1 litre (9261) and 1.5 litre (9265), which Stahl sells as the Xpress Cooker Baby. The size box on the Stahl pack lists both as Belly shape.
The gasket sits in the lid and seals it so the cooker can build pressure. Replace it when steam leaks around the lid, the whistle is late, or the ring is hard, cracked or loose.
Check before you order: this is Stahl's smallest gasket. The 2.5 and 3 litre cookers take the 180 mm or 200 mm ring. The B.No. on your cooker should end in 9261 or 9265.
