The rubber sealing ring (gasket) for the big Prestige Popular aluminium cookers of 16 litre and 20 litre. Prestige's pack names the Popular 16 and 20 litre, and the ring is made of food-grade nitrile rubber.
It seals the lid so the cooker can build pressure. Replace it when steam or water escapes around the lid, the whistle is slow to come, or the rubber has hardened or cracked.
