A Philips kneading blade for the food processor of the Philips HL7707 and HL7763, which share the Preethi Zodiac design. Our supplier lists it as "KNEADING BLADE - ZODIAC". It is the black plastic blade with two curved arms and a notched centre ring, as in the photo.
It mixes and kneads dough in the food processor bowl. Replace it when an arm is cracked or broken, or the centre ring is worn and the blade slips on the drive.
Check before you order: compare the arms and the notches in the centre ring with your old blade. The steel S blade is a different part.
Blades blunt and pit with daily grinding. A dull blade makes the motor work harder for the same job, and that is what shortens a mixer life.
