Philips' jar coupler for the Philips HL1645 mixer grinder. Philips' pack reads "Jar Coupler Modified HL1645". It is the cream-coloured coupler with four teeth and a square brass nut in the centre, as in the photos.
It fixes under the jar on the blade shaft, and its teeth take the drive from the motor coupler on the base. Replace it when the teeth are worn, rounded or broken, or the jar slips while the motor runs.
