The Philips lid (dome) with its gasket for the 1 litre jar of the HL1646 mixer grinder. It is a white lid with a thumb tab and a small vent hole, and the black sealing gasket comes fitted underneath, as in the photos.
The lid closes the jar and the gasket seals it, so nothing spills while grinding. Replace it when the lid is cracked or warped, or it leaks because the gasket is worn.
Check before you order: this lid is for the HL1646's 1 litre jar. The 1.5 litre wet jar and the chutney jar take lids of their own sizes. To fit it, press the lid down evenly until it sits firmly on the jar.
