Zedplus's Crazy inline pre carbon filter for RO water purifiers. The label reads Zedplus Crazy Pre Carbon Filter, and says it removes chlorine, bad taste and odour from the water. It is a white inline cartridge with grey caps on its ports and a flow arrow on the label.
It works before the RO membrane: its carbon takes out chlorine, which would otherwise damage the membrane. Change it along with the sediment filter, or sooner if the water smells of chlorine.
Check before you order: this is the pre carbon filter. Our Crazy post carbon filter is a different part that works after the membrane. Fit it with the arrow pointing the way the water flows.
