Hawkins' body handle (code BH95) for Hawkins pressure cookers of version 1995 and 2005, from 1.5 to 12 litre, including the Hawkins Stainless Steel. Hawkins' parts list adds the Bigboy 14 litre of version 2005.
This is the long handle on the cooker body, sold by Hawkins as a pair of halves with studs and screws. Change it when it is cracked, burnt, or loose even after tightening.
Check before you order: the box says Version 1995/2005. A cooker of version 2013 takes the BH13 handle and a 1975 cooker the BH75, so the version decides the fit, not only the size. Fit the halves on either side of the metal bracket and tighten the screws into the studs.
