Hawkins' new subsidiary (side) body handle, code SBH05, with its screw. The box says it fits Hawkins pressure cookers from 3.5 to 12 litre of version 1995 and 2005, except the Contura. Hawkins' current parts list adds version 2013 cookers, the Ventura, the Futura hard anodised Cook-n-Serve Bowls (2 to 6 litre) and Handi 3 litre of version 2005, and Futura 4 litre cookers made before 2010.
It is the short handle on the side opposite the long body handle. Replace it when it is cracked, burnt, loose or lost.
Check before you order: Contura cookers take the SBHC5 handle, Hawkins Stainless Steel cookers their own SBHSS handles, and 1975 cookers the SBH75.
