A compatible sealing ring (gasket) for small pressure cookers of 1 litre and 1.5 litre. It comes in a Real Gold pack that says 'Suitable For: 1 Ltr & 1.5 Ltrs' and that the ring is made of synthetic rubber.
The gasket sits in the rim of the lid and seals it, so the cooker can build pressure. Replace it when steam leaks from the edge of the lid, the whistle takes much longer than before, or the ring has gone hard, cracked, stretched or loose.
