The Philips blade assembly for the 1.5 litre wet jar of the HL7555 mixer grinder. As in the photos, it is a curved steel blade with a brass-coloured sleeve through the centre.
It is the blade that does the wet grinding in the big jar: idli and dosa batter, gravies and pastes. Replace it when it is blunt, chipped or bent, or the batter comes out coarse.
