Ultra's Junior lid handle: the black handle on the lid of Ultra Duracook and Duracook Triply pressure cookers from 3.5 litre to 8 litre.
As in the photos, it is a bakelite handle with the Ultra logo, fixed to the lid by one screw at its rounded end. Replace it if it is cracked, burnt or loose, since the lid handle is what you hold when you close and open the cooker.
Check before you order: 2 and 3 litre cookers take the smaller Mini lid handle. Change it only when the cooker is cold and empty.
