Ultra's Endura+ Junior gasket: the sealing ring for the larger Ultra Endura+ pressure cookers. The label on Ultra's pack lists: Endura+ 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5 and 8 litre Endura+ Handi 5.5, 6.5 and 8 litre Ultra's website also lists the Endura+ Diet of 5.5 to 8 litre.
The label gives the material as food-grade nitrile rubber. Replace the gasket when steam leaks from the lid, the cooker takes longer to whistle, or the ring has hardened, cracked or loosened.
Check before you order: 2 and 3 litre Endura+ cookers take the Duracook Mini gasket. Ultra packs a separate Junior gasket for the Duracook.
