The body handle (the long handle on the cooker body) for Preethi aluminium outer-lid pressure cookers. It is black, with a solid grip and a steel end piece that sits against the cooker, as in the photos.
Replace it when the handle is cracked, burnt or still loose after you tighten its screws. A loose or broken handle makes a hot, full cooker unsafe to lift.
