Butterfly's big RE body handle. As printed on Butterfly's box, it fits the 5 litre Standard aluminium outer-lid pressure cooker.
It is the long handle on the body of the cooker, used to lift and carry it. Replace it if it is cracked, scorched or chipped, or if it stays loose once the screw is tight. Do not pick up a full, hot cooker by a damaged handle.
Check before you order: 'big' here means the 5 litre size. The 2 and 3 litre Standard take the small RE body handle, and the 7.5, 10 and 12 litre take the STD body handle. The screw comes with it, as in the photos.
A cracked handle on a hot vessel is a burn waiting to happen. Handles are bolted on, so a swap takes minutes and restores full use.
