Vidiem's dome gasket for the 0.5 litre and 1 litre jars of its commercial mixer grinders, Vidiem part no. FG-SP0052-AA. It is the black sealing ring round the rim of the dome lid.
The ring keeps the dome sealed on the jar while the mixer runs. Change it when the lid leaks, will not stay locked, or the ring is stretched, cut or hard.
