Vidiem's big chutney grinder (CG) blade, Vidiem part no. FG-SP0054-AA, in Vidiem's own spares pack. It is the blade only, without nut or shaft.
It is a flat stainless steel blade with serrated edges, bent tips and a rectangular hole in the centre that locks it on the shaft. Replace it when it is blunt, chipped or bent and chutneys stay coarse.
Check before you order: compare the length, the bent tips and the centre hole with your old blade. The small CG blade for the Victor and the complete chutney jar blade assembly (FG-SP0005-AA, with shaft and nut) are listed separately.
