Vidiem's blade assembly for the main and middle jars, Vidiem part no. FG-SP0004-AA, in Vidiem's own spares pack. Vidiem's pack names it Blade Assly (Main & Middle Jar). It comes as the blade with its nut and shaft.
The blade's two arms curve upward at the ends. Replace it when the blade is bent or blunt, the shaft is loose, or batter and masala take much longer than before. A tight or noisy blade can also mean a worn bush.
Check before you order: it is not for the chutney jar, whose blade (FG-SP0005-AA) is listed separately. The commercial main jar blade (FG-SP0012-AA) is also a different part. Compare the blade shape and shaft with your old one.
