A 3 metre Suraksha LPG hose by Sidhartha Rubber. It runs from the cylinder's regulator to your gas stove. The hose in our photo is printed 'HP GAS Recommends Suraksha LPG Hose'. It also shows IS 9573 (Part 2), 8 mm bore and 1.0 MPa maximum working pressure.
Each Suraksha hose is printed with a 'Change before' date, about 5 years after it was made. Replace it by then, or sooner if it is cracked, hard, cut or burnt.
Check before you order: 3 metres suits a cylinder kept further from the stove; a 2 metre hose is listed separately. Our technician can fit it and check the joints: book a gas stove repair.
