About this part
- Electronic (piezo) gas lighter for LPG stoves
- No battery or matches needed
- Stainless steel tube, red trigger, as in the photo
A Butterfly electronic gas lighter for LPG stoves. It makes a spark at the tip when you press the trigger, using a piezo unit, so it needs no battery and no matches.
The lighter in our photo has a long stainless steel tube and a red trigger, on a Butterfly card that says 'With improved Japanese Piezo'.
Replace it when it no longer sparks or the tube is bent. Keep the tip clean and dry, and store the lighter away from the flame and out of children's reach.
If you smell gas, close the cylinder valve, do not switch any light or appliance on or off, open the doors and windows, and call your gas agency or the LPG emergency number 1906.
A replacement part kept in stock in Bangalore, so a repair does not wait on a courier from another state.

LPG Lighter Butterfly Elite — questions we get asked
How much is the LPG Lighter Butterfly Elite?
₹130, and that is what you pay — the amount is restated before you confirm and nobody re-prices it after opening the appliance. Fitting, if you want it, is quoted separately and agreed first.
Will it fit my gas stove?
Gas-path parts are safety parts. We deliver the part and send a technician to fit it; we do not publish do-it-yourself instructions for gas connections. WhatsApp a photo of the appliance and of the failed part, and we will confirm the match before you pay for anything.
Do I have to book a technician to buy it?
No — buy the spare part on its own if you are confident fitting it. If you would rather not, book a gas stove visit and the technician arrives with it, so the repair finishes in one trip.
How soon can I have it in Bangalore?
It is in stock in Bengaluru. Parts we hold locally usually reach a job the same day, and most repairs booked against them close within 12 hours across the city.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. This part invoices under HSN 9613, and a GST invoice is raised for the order — which is what a technician or a dealer buying for a workshop needs.
