The lid handle for Preethi aluminium outer-lid pressure cookers. It is black, with a solid grip. CLOSE and OPEN arrows and an instruction panel are moulded near the lid end, as in the photos.
Replace it when the handle is cracked, burnt or still loose after you tighten its screws. Do not use the cooker with a broken lid handle.
Check before you order: compare it with your old lid handle. Preethi stainless steel and triply cookers take a different lid handle, with an open loop grip. The body handle is a separate part.
