Bergner's silicone gasket for three of its stainless steel pressure cookers: the Trimax 3 litre, the Pura 3.5 litre and the Pura Globe 3.5 litre, as printed on the Bergner pack.
The gasket is the sealing ring on the rim of the lid; it seals the cooker so it can build pressure. Replace it when steam leaks from around the lid, the whistle takes much longer than before, or the ring has gone hard, cracked, stretched or loose.
