A small brass burner, type J, compatible with glass top gas stoves from Prestige, Elica and Hindware, as our supplier lists it. It is not made by those brands.
This is the burner for gentle, low-flame cooking. In the photos it is brass, with an inner and an outer ring of flame holes and three pins on top. Replace it when the flame flickers or dies on low, the holes stay blocked after cleaning, or the brass is cracked or corroded.
Check before you order: match the size and the pins of your old small burner. The medium and big J burners are separate listings, as is the K type for Faber, Gilma and Kaff.
If you smell gas, close the cylinder valve, do not switch any light or appliance on or off, open the doors and windows, and call your gas agency or the LPG emergency number 1906.
