Prestige's top lock nut for the PWG 08 wet grinder. Prestige's item name reads Top Lock Nut PWG 08.

As in the photos, it is a white plastic knob with a white stem, a metal spring round the stem and a threaded insert at the end of the stem. Replace it when the knob is cracked or broken, the thread is worn and will not tighten, or the spring is broken.
