Panasonic's capacitor for Panasonic wet grinders, Panasonic part no. AUN19-151. As in the photos, it is a white EPCOS capacitor marked 10 µF, with an inductor coil built in and two spade terminals on top.
Its label reads: special capacitor with inductor coil, risk of PCB failure if replaced with other capacitor. So a plain 10 µF capacitor is not a safe substitute: it can damage the grinder's circuit board.
A grinder that hums but does not turn, or turns weakly, may have a failed capacitor. The motor or the board can show the same signs, so have it tested first.
