Panasonic's power cord assembly B3 for Panasonic rice cookers (supplier name Power Cord Assy B3). As in the photo, it is a black cord with a moulded 3-pin plug. It has a strain-relief sleeve at the cooker end and two leads that connect inside the cooker.
