Vinod's silicone gasket for its 7 and 8 litre outer-lid cookers (Vinod SKU SGOPC78). Vinod lists it for the Regular 7 litre and 8 litre, the Platinum 7 litre, and the Senior pressure pan, the 4.5 litre deep pan cooker that shares the 7 litre lid.
It makes the seal between lid and body. Change it when steam escapes at the rim, the cooker is slow to whistle, or the ring has hardened, cracked or no longer stays in place.
