Prestige's body handle for Nakshatra cookers from 3 litre to 6.5 litre, as printed on the box.
It comes as two halves, moulded RH and LH, with the four fixings shown in the photo. Replace it when either half is cracked or burnt, or the handle wobbles on the cooker.
Check before you order: the 1.5 litre and 2 litre Nakshatra take a smaller body handle (Prestige 60433). The box does not list the 8 or 10 litre Nakshatra, so compare with your old handle for those sizes.
