Sujata's chutney jar cover with lock: the see-through lid of the clip-lock chutney jar. As in the photo, it has three black clamps round the rim and a label that reads HOLD THE LID WHILE USING. It is moulded SUJATA and DO NOT RUN THE MIXER UNLESS THIS LID IS IN POSITION AND LOCKED.
The clamps lock the lid onto the jar so it cannot lift off while grinding. Replace it when the lid is cracked, a clamp is broken or loose, or it no longer locks.
