It is the complete jar: stainless steel with a four-arm blade and flow breakers inside, a black handle and base, and a clear domed lid with a black centre cap, as in the photos.
Use it for batters and other wet grinding. Replace your jar when it leaks at the base, the blade is loose or blunt, or the coupler under the base is worn.
