Preethi's clear lid for chutney grinder (C.G) jars, the newer type (Preethi part 41000109, LID-C.G NEW). It is a round clear lid with two small tabs on top. It is moulded with a caution not to remove it while the mixer runs and a turn-to-open mark, as in the photo.
The lid closes the chutney jar while it grinds. Replace it when it is cracked, a tab is broken, or it no longer locks and chutney splashes out.
