Preethi's 1.5 litre stainless steel wet grinding jar for the Preethi Zodiac (MG 218) mixer grinder (Preethi part 41003042). The Zodiac comes with this jar, a 1.0 litre dry jar, a 0.5 litre chutney jar, a juicer jar and a 2.1 litre Master Chef+ jar.
It has a chrome-plated handle with a black grip, a black base, and flow breakers pressed into the tapered jar, as in the photos. Replace it when the jar is dented or leaks at the base, or the blade no longer grinds batter smoothly.
Check before you order: our photos show the jar without a lid. Preethi files this jar under its Zodiac series, but lists separate 1.5 litre jars for the Zodiac 2.0 (41003873) and the Zodiac Cosmo (41003975).
A replacement jar restores a mixer to full use without touching the motor unit. Jars are matched to the drive and the base thread, not to the brand alone.
