A compatible small burner for Faber, Prestige and Hindware built-in hobs, sold by our supplier as Type I. These brands do not make it.
It is a gold-coloured flame ring with holes round the outer edge, and an open centre with two screw lugs. Underneath, the grey base has two screw holes and a curved gas channel.
Replace it when the flame is weak, patchy or yellow, holes stay blocked, or the ring is chipped or cracked.
Check before you order: measure your old burner across. The big Type I is the same design in a larger size and is listed separately. Book a hob repair and our technician will fit it.
